I have an incredibly fast cable connection, so it's not on my part. They have some great pics to borrow, but they are quite unreliable and slow. They are, in my opinion, the ONLY choice for image hosting. They are far more reliable than any other image host. They have a very competent forum staff that is always around to help you if you have questions. (And believe me, I am not very computer savy and I always need help.) River is a really helpful forum administrator and has saved my butt more than once. I have also had to email the company and was surprised to actually get something other than the regular 'canned response'. The only thing I don't like is that they make a lot of changes adding new things. Sometimes I get lost. I really liked their service until they got the new uploader. It is much harder to use, especially on my slow connection. They still have the old one available, but it takes awhile to get to it. I have never hit the bandwidth limit, but I have had issues with the file size limits. They let you store quite a few pictures and the folders set up is also quite nice. It can be hard sometimes to find the picture you are looking for though, especially if you haven't been through that folder recently. I have never needed tech support, so I cant comment on that. I would reccomend Photobucket for people who upload smaller (less than 1024x768) pictures and for people with faster connections. I have always appreciated the features and storage space, but over the years they have been going slower, slower, and slower. Well now it's slowed to the point that my pictures don't always load. This is real bad when your picture is tied to an auction and no one can see the item for sale because the hosting site is too slow. More and more timeouts every year slower and slower. I wonder if the pay version is any faster??? I don't want to put money out to find it's still as slow as it is for the free version...
